Welcome to SPMC! I'm Leslie Falco, and I’m thrilled to be the driving force behind this one-woman consulting powerhouse. With over 17 years of experience in project and change management, I’ve navigated a variety of industries—from high-end retail printing and graphic design to pharma and medical equipment marketing. My journey has given me a deep well of expertise, and there’s no project management system I can’t tackle. If I don’t know a tool, trust me, I’ll learn it quickly and seamlessly integrate it into your workflow.
On the personal side, I’m all about finding balance and staying engaged. I live with my supportive husband, our vibrant daughter, and our loyal, tail-wagging dog. I love keeping busy, and when I'm not mapping out strategic project plans, you'll find me listening to podcasts (all of them—I’m a true enthusiast!) or discovering new ways to grow personally and professionally.
